Pure Love...

Love comes in many different forms, comes with different feelings and emotions, makes us do things extraordinary… having that special someone that you would literally do anything for, move mountains, go to the ends of the earth for.  I pray that we’ve all been there at some point or another, pray that there are people in love like this…or else what are we here for?

Two people can create an amazing bond… an incredible attraction that never dies…that stays with them through difficult times, through thick and thin, richer or poorer…in sickness and in health.

I’ve known people like this, one such amazing man, is a very close family friend whose wife suffered terribly with MS and yet…his love remained… he gave her strength… showing his love every day until the day she was sadly taken from us. Roger, you are truly an inspiration to me…. Anna will remain in our hearts and our minds for ever more.

There are few words that can describe the love this next story tells…

I’d like to introduce you to an amazing couple… two people I have only just learned of and yet feel deeply for.  Yes it involves the TV show American Idol…some love it, some hate it, I’m not here to judge and you are entitled to your own opinion but I ask you to set that opinion aside and see this story for what it truly is… a touching love story.

Who are the stars?  Chris Medina and his fiancé Juliana Ramos.

But then…Juliana is involved in a terrible car accident in horrendous weather conditions that left her in a coma…2 months before they are due to get married… Dr’s said she may never wake from her coma… we can’t imagine the pain her family and Chris must have endured. 

Against all the odds, Juliana awoke, but with awful Brain trauma.

Since Idol, Chris has recorded an album, and I’m not saying you have to buy it just because of the story, I’m saying you MUST buy it because not only is he a great singer, he is a genuinely great human being and shows just how deep his love is.

I know I want to purchase his music, not just because of the story, but because he has an amazing voice and deserves to be heard.  You can’t currently purchase it in the UK but I’m trying to find out how I can do this and once I have that information I will share it with you.

So although there is tragedy in this story, I take great comfort knowing that out there in the world is pure, unadulterated goodness…
