Well Being Wednesday - No Light At The End Of The Tunnel?

Good morning... And welcome to another beautiful day here on planet earth... All be it a damp one here in Surrey :)

A short but very blunt post today so don't expect my usual war and peace :) and I'm on the train with very little battery life left on my iPhone... Note... If anyone that works for Apple is reading this...on behalf of the entire iPhone population... Please... For love of everything that's holy...sort the battery life out of future iPhones... The 3 wasn't too bad.. The 4 was shocking and the 5...well it doesn't even last a day... Bring back Nokia 402 batteries that used to last 3 days!

Anyway...I digress...

Well Being Wednesday - Are You Alive Or Just Living?

What does Friday mean to you? To some it's a massive sense of relief that the working week is over... A release from the mundane routine of early mornings, late nights, rushed meals, empty promises to go to the gym... And a big high leading into the weekend... Where they will consume all manner of unhealthy foods and a weeks worth of 'medicinal' alcohol in one night... Sleep in and waste half a day.. Carry out their chores... And then all of a sudden... It's Monday morning... And the 'crash' happens!!!

It's not a house...it's a gym!

By now, most people that have stayed with this blog, will have noticed that even I go through periods where I do no real gym work.. Yes I caddie.. Which is a tough walk.. But then I go through crazy phases of hitting the gym.. And hit it hard.

Friday Service...Start your own faith

There seems to be too many fights, wars and divides when it comes to faith..  

We are all entitled to believe what we want and be free to express ourselves (in most countries)...

So whilst I am neither supportive nor against anyone believing in a traditional 'faith'... I wanted to bring the focus closer to you as an individual.

Never Say Never

This phrase is used a lot by us all... Me included... Or is it that we just say 'never' a lot???

'Never' is such a definitive word... It's pretty much final... It closes the door on the future possibilities of something .... Well... At least it does in your mind at the time you say it!!!

Unless you've got some crystal ball looking into the future, which would make you rich... None of us can actually predict what twists and turns our lives will take...
